Quick Start

Whether you're a bartender working your first event or an admin setting things up, here's what you need to know.

For Bartenders

1. Get the admin panel link Your event organizer will share the admin panel URL with you: admin.quick-serve.nl

2. Log in Use the credentials your admin gave you. You'll see the order dashboard.

3. Watch for orders Orders appear in real-time. Each order shows the table/spot name, items, and payment status.

4. Prepare and serve Make the order, mark it as complete, and deliver it to the right table.

For Admins

1. Create an event Go to Events in the admin panel and create a new event for your venue.

2. Add products Add your menu items with prices, images, and stock levels.

3. Set up spots Create tables, seats, or zones — these are the locations customers order from.

4. Generate QR codes Print QR codes for each spot. Customers scan these to start ordering.
