You’re using QuickServe to receive orders from customers at your event. Instead of people queuing at the bar, they order from their phone and you get a live feed of what to make.

What you’ll need

  • Access to the admin panel at admin.quick-serve.nl
  • Your login credentials (ask your event organizer)
  • A device with a browser (tablet, laptop, or phone)

Your workflow

Customer scans QR → Places order → Pays on phone → Order appears on your screen → You make it → Deliver to table
Keep the admin panel open on a tablet behind the bar. Orders appear in real-time with a sound notification — you don’t need to refresh.

Key things to remember

By the time you see an order, the customer has already paid via Mollie. You just need to make it and serve it.
The spot name (e.g. “Table 5”, “Seat 12”) tells you where to deliver. This matches the physical QR code location.
When a product runs out, it’s automatically marked unavailable for new orders. You can also manually update stock from the products page.
