How to view, manage, and complete orders during your shift
Receiving Orders
The Orders Dashboard
When you log in to the admin panel, you'll see the orders page. This is your main workspace during a shift.
What you see for each order
- Order number — unique reference
- Spot name — the table/seat to deliver to (e.g. "Table 3")
- Items — what to make, with quantities
- Total amount — already paid
- Time — when the order was placed
Real-time updates
Note: Orders appear instantly via WebSocket. You don't need to refresh the page. Keep it open and orders will stream in as they're placed.
Working through orders

New order appears You'll see it at the top of the list with a "Paid" badge.

Read the items Check what needs to be made. Items are listed with quantities.

Prepare the order Make the drinks/food as listed.

Mark as complete Click the order to mark it as completed. This moves it out of your active queue.

Deliver Bring it to the spot shown on the order.
Tips for a busy event
Use a tablet
Mount a tablet behind the bar for the best visibility. Works great in landscape mode.
Filter by event
If multiple events are running, use the event filter to focus on yours.
Check spot names
Make sure you know which spot names map to which physical locations before the event starts.
Stock runs low?
You can update stock levels from the Products page without leaving the admin panel.
