QR Codes
Each spot (table, seat, zone) gets a unique QR code. When scanned, it opens the order app pre-configured for that spot — the customer just picks items and pays.Generating QR codes
Best practices
Print clearly
Use a high-quality printer. The QR code must be scannable from a phone camera.
Laminate
Protect printed QR codes with lamination — they’ll survive spills and weather.
Label them
Add the spot name visually next to the QR code so staff knows which is which.
Test before the event
Scan every QR code yourself before the event to verify they link to the correct spot.
