Managing Stock
Stock management keeps your menu honest. When something runs out, customers won't be able to order it.
How stock works
- Each product has a stock count (e.g. "50 beers remaining")
- Every time an order is placed, stock is automatically decreased
- When stock hits 0, the product is marked unavailable — customers can't order it
- Stock updates are pushed in real-time to all connected browsers
Updating stock

Go to Products Navigate to the Products page in the admin panel.

Find the product Search or scroll to the product you want to update.

Edit stock Click the product and update the stock number. Changes take effect immediately.
Common scenarios
Got a new delivery mid-event
Just increase the stock count. The product will become available again automatically.
Want to stop selling something
Set the stock to 0 or toggle "Available" off. Customers will no longer see it.
Product was never set up with stock
If stock is set to null (unlimited), the product is always available. Only set a stock number if you want to track it.
Tip: Before the event starts, double-check that all products have the correct stock levels. It's much easier to set this up in advance than to fix it during a rush.
