How It Works
The Order Flow

Customer scans QR code Each table or spot has a unique QR code. When scanned, it opens the order app in the customer's browser — no app download needed.

Customer browses the menu They see all available products for your event with prices and images. Out-of-stock items are automatically hidden.

Customer places order They select items, review their cart, and tap "Pay". This takes them to a secure Mollie payment page.

Payment is processed Mollie handles the payment (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). Once confirmed, the order is created in the system.

Order appears on your screen The admin panel shows the new order in real-time with:
- The spot name (where to deliver)
- The items ordered
- The payment status (always "paid" when you see it)

You prepare and serve Make the order, mark it as done, and deliver it to the right spot.
Order Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment confirmed, ready to prepare |
| Completed | You've marked it as done |
| Cancelled | Something went wrong (rare) |
Warning: Never start preparing an order that doesn't show "Paid" status. If a payment fails, the order won't appear on your screen.
