Products

Products are the items customers can order — drinks, food, or anything else you sell at your event.

Adding a product

1. Navigate to Products Go to Products in the sidebar and click "Create".

2. Fill in details

• Name — what customers see (e.g. "Heineken Draft 0.5L")
  • Price — in EUR (e.g. 3.50)
  • Event — which event this product belongs to
  • Image — upload a photo (stored in S3)
  • Stock — leave empty for unlimited, or set a number to track availability
  • Available — toggle on/off to show/hide from customers

1. Save The product is immediately available for ordering.

Stock management

• Stock decreases automatically with each order
• When stock hits 0, the product is hidden from the order app
• Update stock at any time — changes are reflected in real-time

Note: If you don't need stock tracking (e.g. for a product with unlimited supply), leave the stock field empty. The product will always be available.
